I had a fantastic stay at this hotel for my recent trip to explore museums and attractions. The location was excellent, close to public transport and shopping. The staff went above and beyond, upgrading my room and assisting with wifi access. The room was clean and comfortable, with a luxurious jacuzzi bath. The breakfast in bed was a great option for a small fee. Highly recommended!

The hotel offered a complimentary smart phone that you could take with you outside, a nice bonus. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and key attractions.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the room decor was quite dated and old-fashioned, feel a bit tired.

It offers good dining options with a restaurant that is much quieter than the bar area. The rooms are comfortable and provide good value for money even though some noise can intrude through the windows and plumbing from adjacent rooms.

One minor issue that could improve is the reception staff providing more information to guests about the spa next door.

I was impressed with the location of this hotel. It is directly opposite a museum and in a great neighbourhood with plenty of places to eat nearby. The hotel was ideally placed for many tourist areas and it was easy to get around. The staff here were truly amazing with good service. Everything from the welcome drink to the room service was great. The room was comfortable and well equipped with modern amenities. The bar lounge area was a stylish place to relax and this place has a great restaurant with a buffet breakfast that was simply amazing.

For those of you with families, I would highly recommend this hotel.
